How do you choose a valet parking company for your event?

When you offer valet parking for your event, the valet parking company you hire is the first and last impression with your guest or customer. It’s a perfect way to enhance their experience. Many view the valet parking service you hire as a part of your company. Be sure to hire a professional service that reflects the image you want to give your customers or guests.

Choose a company that has solid references. Choose a valet company that is listed with a local Chamber of Commerce and is listed in printed telephone directories and directory assistance. This allows customers or clients to contact the valet company directly for speedy service, in the unlikely event that there is a problem or claim. If the valet company is not listed, you should wonder why.

As a professional valet parking attendant service, Prestige Valet Parking is proud to be members of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce (since our inception on Cape Cod in 2006) and with the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce. We are listed in local telephone directories and directory assistance.

Plymouth Maritime Day, Saturday, July 9, 2011

We were proud to be a part of the 2011 Plymouth Maritime Day.  The program was a success with hundreds of vehicles  parked.  Below is an article from the local Plymouth newspaper.

Valet parking for Maritime Day

PLYMOUTH – In an effort to help maximize parking spaces on the waterfront during Plymouth’s busiest season, Park Plymouth will pilot a valet parking service for the public during the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce’s 2011 Plymouth Maritime Day event, July 9.
“We are pleased to help the Chamber make their Maritime Day event a successful and fun-filled day by providing this service to the public,” PGDC President Leighton Price said.
“We believe that valet parking can be an important part of the solution to the shortage of waterfront parking during special events by providing premium service to our customers, while better utilizing our off-street parking facilities,” Park Plymouth’s Director of Operations, John Burke, said.
The public is invited to leave their cars with Prestige Valet Parking. The valet booth will be at the entrance to Town Wharf, right near The Cranberry House on Water Street, between the hours of noon and 10 p.m. The cost per vehicle is $10. Valet Parking for Restaurants

Prestige Valet Parking is now providing valet parking for restaurants.  Valet parking definitely helps your business get a leading edge by increasing the level of customer satisfaction which leads to enhanced customer retention. The importance of an efficient valet parking service can never be underestimated especially for the restaurant and hospitality industry. You can just imagine the ordeal of a potential customer to your restaurant that drove many miles just to make it to your restaurant and then have to really struggle to get their car parked in that congested parking lot, if one were available, or trying to find parking on a city street.  How would that customer feel the next time they felt like coming to your establishment? Obviously, half the excitement would cease the moment they remember their parking anguish.

Imagine the joy of the customer who is escorted to your restaurant by the well mannered, professional valet parking attendant, taking care of the parking needs of your valuable customer. In this fast paced world, when no one has time to waste, valet parking services are a sure welcome.

Prestige Valet Parking is here to help you clear the difficulties surrounding the parking of your hotel or restaurant. We have over three decades of experience and are backed by an excellent track record. We are proud to extend our customer services to restaurants.  We ensure a positive impact on your valuable clients and customers.

Our valet parking attendants are well trained and, with their positive attitude and a keen ear to listen to your customers first, ensure that each customer receives the most memorable and most congenial welcome. Our valets are well aware of the importance of a satisfied and happy clientele for the growth of your business. To ensure that your customers leave with a smile on their face, valet parking services are a must today.
